Keep in shape inside and out. Tips about Jogging.
Check with your doctor before you begin to jog/run/walk. I had my heart tested last year and it is in decent shape. My doctor gave me the okay to workout. Before you jog, make sure you stretch out your body. Make sure you wear comfortable jogging clothes and shoes. When you jog, watch your breathing. Try to keep your mouth closed and breathe slowly out of your nose. Breathing correctly will help you with your pace while jogging.
Make sure you carry water with you. You may need some water in the middle of your run and it is not too hard to carry a bottle of water. If you get tired, realize you can slow down your pace or walk.
You are not running to impress anybody. You are running for your own health. If you are walking, you are walking for your own health. When we are young, we want to impress other young people. Make a decision to stay in shape for you and for no one else, not even to impress your friends or someone you are interested in. You do it for you, because you are worth it!
Ask yourself the question why you want to walk/jog/run. It is up to you what kind of life style you desire to live.. |
